在10月30日的暖阳下，滨江唯诗礼幼儿园迎来了2020年“焕然亿心亲子运动会”。在这个充满欢声笑语的日子里，让我们一起看看孩子们的收获和自信的模样…
Binjiang Wesley school autumn sports day finally came under the warm sun on October 30.
列队登场 精彩开幕
The opening parade
运动会在铿锵有力的《运动员进行曲》中拉开帷幕。小小健将和爸爸妈妈们迈着矫健的步伐，在各自班级的入场音乐背景下，喊着响亮的口号，整齐有序的出场，仪式感在孩子们心中油然而生。
The sports day started with the music <March of the Athletes>. Young athletes and parents marched with avigorous pace along with their own class music, shouting loud slogans. We can see a the passion in the hearts of the children.
家委方阵入场，短短的行进距离让家长和校园的联系更进一步。
The PTA team marched in, it’s a short distance but it makes a stronger bond between the school and families.
在全体人员的注视下，国旗和校旗先后入场，整齐的步伐和清晰的口号，让运动会更具仪式感。
The flag bearers entered. Under the gaze of all the staff, the national flag and the school flag entered. Their sure-footed steps and clear words made the flag-raising ceremony more ceremonial.
在庄严的升旗仪式之后。来自K1A的Bibber和K3A的Mason作为学生代表，和来自K1D Simon爸爸和K2D的Kiki爸爸先后上台发言，向大家传递体育运动的精神和益处。
After the solemn flag-raising ceremony.
K1A student representatives Bieber and K3A Mason，along with parent representatives K1D Simon’s father and K2D Kiki‘s father took the stage to deliver speeches to convey the spirit and benefits of sports.
最后在大家的满心期待中，园长妈妈宣布运动会正式开幕。
Finally with everyone’s full expectations, Principal Jessie announced the official opening of sports day .
家委和教师组合开场表演啦啦操，活力四射，热情满满，短短的几分钟舞蹈把氛围推向了高潮。
The PTA and teacher dancing group danced with full energy , a few minutes of dancing pushed the atmosphere to the max.
Yougo 橄榄球俱乐部的教练们激情洋溢，节奏强劲，带领大家做热身操。

全力以赴，比赛开始！
Go all out, the game is on!
第一项比赛是家长的拔河比赛，爸爸们摩拳擦掌，妈妈们不让须眉，小朋友们全力呐喊，整个运动会被推向高潮。每一场比赛结束，不管输赢，每个班级方阵都会传来呐喊和掌声，为场上的运动员喝彩。
The first game wass the tug-of-war for parents. Fathers and mothers all went up with their children cheering, the whole sports event was pushed to the max. Whether win or lose, each class shouted and applaused, cheering for all the players .
拔河比赛结束后，中大班的孩子们进行了接力跑。在接力跑中小朋友们相互交流，相互合作，敢于挑战。场边的老师和家长们纷纷为自己的班级加油，呐喊声此起彼伏，团队荣誉感爆棚！！
After the tug-of-war, the children from k2 and k3 had a relay race. During the race they communicated , cooperated and dared each other to step up to the challenge .
With the teachers and parents on the side, cheers from each class appeared here and there, the sense of honor of the team exploded!
团队赛结束后，在爸爸妈妈的带领下，小朋友们开始了在幼儿园内的小游戏挑战。丰富的亲子游戏项目让小朋友们感受到游戏的快乐，更让小朋友和家长的联系更加紧密。
After the team competition, the children went to play individual games throughout the kindergarten.
The rich parent-child games allowed children to feel the joy of the game, and made them and their parents more closely connected.
完成挑战，满载而归

美好的时光总是过得飞快，在完成了游戏挑战之后，小朋友和家长们在操场集合，进行运动会的闭幕式。金灿灿的奖杯是对积极参与体育运动的小朋友最好的肯定和赞许。
Happy time flies. After finishing the games and challenges, the children and their parents gathered on the playground for the closing ceremony of the sports day event.
The golden trophy is the best affirmation and praise for children who actively participate in sports.
运动会在欢笑中圆满结束，但是爱和快乐仍在继续……
The sports day has ended , but the love and joy continues…
体育教育的好处是深远的，也是终身的。
正如国际文凭组织前体育与健康教育（PHE）课程经理Sumaya Alyusuf博士说的“体育与健康密不可分，对孩子的发展和健康生活都至关重要。研究有大量证据表明，体育教育通过体育活动能给孩子灌输参与的积极态度，并影响学习成绩。”
The benefits of physical education are far-reaching and lifelong. Dr Sumaya Alyusuf, former Curriculum Manager for physical and health education (PHE) at the IB, says: “Physical education and health are inseparable and are both vital to the development of youth and to healthy lives. Research is replete with evidence to demonstrate that physical education inculcates a positive attitude towards participation in physical activities and impacts academic performance.”
